Our personal number cruncher, Alan will stop a penny from rolling away… even into the wishing well. It’s not that he doesn’t believe wishes don’t come true, he’s just slightly more pragmatic than that.
Michelle McGuire
A fearless warrior whose tenacity is bar none, Michelle has mad management, juggling, and organizational skills. Internally we call her the “bee’s knees,” which means “the best”.
Con Lyons
Con is the eyes and ears of the project(s). And if you think he can’t be in more than one place at a time, you’ll be surprised. He’s not just a superintendent, he’s our Superman!
Amber Parvis
Amber is one of those rare talents that will listen to an idea, ask questions to make sure she fully understands, and then turn around and show you there’s no such thing as an impossible idea.
Marianna Etcheverria
We’re not sure she’s going to read this, and she’d be embarrassed, but we’ll say it anyway: We call her “Accountant Extraordinaire” and “HR Aficionado.” When you call her, you’ll hear her smile over the phone.

Besides being laser-focused on making construction uber exciting, “Etch” also moonlights as an adjunct faculty member for a graduate marketing program. Why does that matter? We have no idea.
