Use of the Client Portal

The Website features a client portal that is accessible by you using a username and password.  ACI staff may fill in forms with data from your ongoing projects to create “Project Health Check” which you can access using this portal. This “Project Health Check” is based on a series of questions that ACI staff uses to help identify any early warning signs that could indicate project challenges in the future. In formulating this “Project Health Check”, ACI uses existing project documents and may use information obtained in conversations with you. ACI staff may then input these answers along with additional comments into an online data form. ACI staff will upload this content directly, you will not be able to change or edit these forms. You may be able to access this data in a PDF report. By using the Website, you acknowledge that ACI assumes no responsibility for the information contained in or missing from this report. You agree that ACI assumes no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of this report. This information will be accessible only to you using your unique username and password, and shall not be made accessible to the general public.

Feedback

Any questions, comments, suggestions, or other information about ACI products or services submitted to ACI through this Website (“Feedback”) shall be deemed non-proprietary and non-confidential. ACI is free to use, reproduce, disclose and distribute such Feedback in any manner without limitation.
