Preconstruction services are the critical steps needed before construction begins in order to keep projects running smoothly during construction.
Before that first shovel goes in the dirt, you will want to make sure you have the correct team in place, with the correct contracts, doing the correct work. This preconstruction phase is critical in making sure the project will end up on time and on budget. If you miss something here, it can snowball and turn into a big headache during construction. Our preconstruction services for multifamily homes and luxury residential projects are a bit more comprehensive than most, but we have continuously found this extra effort up front, has paid off significantly by the end of the project. When you hire ACI for preconstruction services, we:
- Bid and select the correct design team members for your project
- Create a scope of work/specification level that is right for your project.
- Provide a detailed conceptual estimate based on the conceptual design and specification level.
- Provide a project scheduled for all preconstruction and construction activities.
- Manage and oversee the preconstruction process including the design team and general contracting process to ensure everything is covered and completed prior to putting a shovel in the ground.
