The project centered on the renovation of a classic Sonoma farmhouse, set in the heart of wine country. While the home carried a timeless charm, the scope of work called for a complete transformation—one that honored its character while reimagining it for modern living.
The approximately 3,000-square-foot residence was taken down to the studs, allowing the team to rebuild with intention and precision. From the earliest stages, the focus remained on creating a home that felt both elevated and comfortable—refined in its details, yet easy to live in.
The reconfiguration of the three-bedroom, three-bath layout brought a renewed sense of flow and function. At the center of the home, a newly designed chef’s kitchen anchors the living spaces, offering a place for gathering, cooking, and everyday connection. Nearby, the primary suite was thoughtfully expanded and reworked into a more generous and private retreat, designed to feel calm, layered, and restorative.
Throughout the home, new flooring and a substantial woodwork package add warmth and texture, reinforcing the farmhouse’s sense of authenticity while elevating its overall finish. Carefully selected materials and upgraded finishes carry consistently from room to room, creating a cohesive and considered aesthetic.
The renovation also included a new roof and comprehensive system upgrades, ensuring the home performs as beautifully as it looks. The result is a seamless blend of old and new—a Sonoma farmhouse that retains its soul while offering renewed comfort, quality, and longevity.
