LATITUDE 37 MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING, SAN JOSE
ACI provided general contracting services on the 86-unit “Latitude” multi-family residence in the Willow Glen area of San Jose, CA. Its on-site project management team is responsible for all aspects of multi-family construction, from excavation to final cleaning. ACI was also responsible for the design management to ensure the design was complete and permits were provided on time. In addition to the 133,000-square-foot residential space, the project includes a 35,000-square-foot underground parking structure, a business center, a community entertainment room, a pool, a kids’ play area, and a gym. As a result, this multi-family construction project delivers extensive amenities for residents.
