MERIDIAN, NEWPORT BEACH

The Meridian development in Newport Beach, California, encompasses approximately 400,000 square feet of luxury multi-family construction, thoughtfully designed to balance efficient building systems with elevated coastal living. The project includes five (5) above-grade residential structures—each three (3) to four (4) stories—over a shared subterranean parking level, along with a centrally located clubhouse.

Built using the ConXTech® structural steel system, the development benefits from accelerated framing, structural precision, and long-span layouts that allow for open, flexible interior spaces. Coordination across multiple buildings ensured consistency in execution while maintaining the architectural vision.

The site is extensively landscaped, featuring mature trees, pedestrian pathways, and a resort-style pool with integrated seating areas. These elements create a cohesive connection between the buildings and shared outdoor amenities.

Architecturally, the exterior combines smooth plaster, stone detailing, and expansive glazing to achieve a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Inside, residences feature open-plan layouts that extend to generous deck spaces, reinforcing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience suited to the Newport Beach lifestyle.
