18-UNIT LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT IN DANA POINT, CA NEARING COMPLETION
We're excited to share that the 18 luxury condominium multifamily building, located in the Lantern District in Dana Point, California, is expected to be completed in February, with the client move-in in March.

ACI BEGINS RENOVATION
OF A VICTORIAN-ERA HOME IN NOE VALLEY
After a lengthy battle with San Francisco Planning, ACI has begun the renovation of a San Francisco home that was originally built around the 1890’s.
The client has stated, “We are particularly excited about this renovation as we aim to restore this home to its original grandeur with a blend of modern conveniences."
As a contractor, this project is right in our wheelhouse - taking a Victorian that has been butchered over the years and bringing it back to its former glory.

ACI has begun the construction of a ground-up custom home in Sebastopol, California. We have once again partnered with Topetcher Architects to make this client's dream a reality.
