ACI EXPECTS TO
BEGIN RENOVATION
OF A VICTORIAN-ERA HOME IN SAN FRANCISCO
ACI will begin renovation on a 1900 San Francisco home towards the end of June. "We are excited to begin this renovation and restore this home to its original grandeur with modern conveniences."

ACI HAS BEEN AWARDED NEW MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT IN LA JOLLA, CA
The La Jolla Beach House will be new construction, 12 luxury unit building over 30,000 square feet. The building will include rooftop decks and underground parking.

ACI COMPLETES RENOVATION OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOME IN SAN FRANCISCO'S PORTRERO HILL
This classic San Francisco home, originally built in 1900, is located in the Portrero Hill neighborhood. The full renovation of this three-story single-family residence includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

18-UNIT LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT BREAKS GROUND IN DANA POINT, CA
Located in the Lantern District in Dana Point, California, Del Prado Place is an approximately 31,000 gross square foot mixed-use building with 18 luxury condominium units, retail space in front of Del Prado, and a subterranean parking garage. The project is expected to be completed Summer of 2025.
