THE PROJECT

This two-level Victorian home was built in 1910 and was completely remodeled from the studs, using quality materials, finishes, and modern tech. The top level includes two bedrooms (master suite, two full baths, an open kitchen with dining/living area leading out to an open deck that includes a natural gas supply line for outdoor cooking. The exterior steps were rebuilt using Epi Brazilian walnut and the interior floors are Brushed French Oak hardwood throughout. Downstairs in the lower level a bedroom, full bathroom, family room, and media/office/or fourth bedroom were added. On one end there’s an entrance to garage and the other end opens up to a landscaped backyard.
