BEVERLY WEST RESIDENCES, WESTWOOD

The $170M Beverly West Residences project is a high-end luxury condominium development located at the intersection of Wilshire and Comstock in Westwood, California. After completing our work on the core and shell portion of this 22-story residential condominium project as the owner’s representative, the owner retained ACI to provide construction management services for the unit tenant improvement. The first phase of the tenant improvement work included 12-unit fit-outs, each approximately 4,400 square feet. This work included stripping back the existing partially installed work to the concrete substrate and entirely fitting out the units. The units included luxury finishes such as full stone slab bathrooms, custom wood paneled corridors, custom cabinets and closets, and fully automated smart home technology.
