BEVERLY WEST RESIDENCES, WESTWOOD
The $170M Beverly West Residences, located at Wilshire and Comstock in Westwood, California, is a 22-story luxury condominium development requiring precise coordination from core and shell through interior completion.
After serving as the owner’s representative during the core and shell phase, ACI was retained to provide construction management for the unit tenant improvements. The initial phase included the full build-out of 12 residences, each approximately 4,400 square feet.
The scope required selective demolition back to the concrete substrate, removing partially completed work to allow for a complete reconfiguration and high-quality fit-out. This approach ensured consistency in execution and alignment with the project’s design standards.
Each unit features full-slab stone bathrooms, custom wood-paneled corridors, bespoke cabinetry and closets, and fully integrated smart-home systems. Careful trade coordination and sequencing were critical to delivering the level of precision required for luxury high-rise construction.
