DEL PRADO PLACE, DANA POINT

Located in the Lantern District in Dana Point, California, Del Prado Place is an approximately 31,000 gross square foot four-story mixed-use building consisting of ground-level retail spaces, three levels of luxury condominium units, and a subterranean parking garage.

We broke ground in March 2024 and expect to be completed by July 2025.
