This Harrington Drive residence was thoughtfully redesigned for a senior couple seeking a home that feels happy, inviting, and deeply connected to family. With a priority on seamless indoor–outdoor living, the design creates an effortless flow from the main living spaces to sun-filled patios and play areas—perfect for watching grandchildren explore, gather, and make memories.

Natural light, soft tones, and comfortable modern finishes establish a sense of calm throughout the main house, while open sightlines and generous glazing keep the outdoors ever-present. The layout is intentionally simple and intuitive, offering ease of movement, warmth, and livability for aging in place without sacrificing style.

Custom cabinetry, clean-lined details, and a welcoming great room create a hub for family connection, while the detached ADU provides flexibility—serving as guest quarters, extended family space, or a quiet retreat.
