This hilltop construction project comprises two new single-family residences overlooking the city of Sonoma in California’s wine country. Perched above the valley, the site offers sweeping, unobstructed views that shift beautifully throughout the day, from soft morning light to golden evening sunsets.

Together, the project spans over 7,000 square feet and is thoughtfully designed to embrace seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive terraces, open gathering spaces, and two private pools create an effortless connection to the surrounding landscape, encouraging a lifestyle rooted in both relaxation and entertaining. Moreover, hilltop construction creates unique opportunities for breathtaking outdoor spaces.

Each home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with spacious, well-appointed kitchens designed for both everyday living and hosting. Dedicated wine storage nods to the region’s heritage, while the hilltop setting allows for unique layouts that maximize privacy, light, and views from nearly every room. The construction process was carefully adapted for the hilltop environment.

In addition, each property includes a detached parking garage, complete landscaping, and its own private water well—offering a rare blend of independence, comfort, and connection to the land. Notably, this hilltop construction also enhanced the privacy and tranquility of each residence.
