TIDELANDS WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT, SAN MATEO
This 76-unit luxury, 2.9-acre waterfront development in San Mateo, California, offers sweeping views of the wetlands, San Francisco skyline, and the Bay. The project consisted of a piled foundation approximately 20′ deep over bay mud, parking at-grade level, three levels of residential above, a steel catwalk system, a gym, and a resident’s lounge.
