ACI was the General Contractor for this luxury renovation in the heart of San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood.  The historic residence was converted into luxury condominium units, seamlessly blending the home’s historic legacy with modern amenities. From the chef’s kitchen, sauna, private elevators, and media centers, every detail of luxury modern living was thoughtfully integrated into this unique and elegant one-of-a-kind property. This project also includes the construction of one level of underground parking as well as the addition of a rooftop garden.
