The residence at 2424 3rd Ave is conceived as a refined Napa retreat inspired by the client’s extensive world travel and love of global luxury resorts. The design blends the serenity of Napa Valley with the elevated experience of resort living—clean lines, layered textures, warm natural materials, and an effortless indoor–outdoor flow.
Every space is crafted to evoke a sense of calm, comfort, and escape. Light-filled rooms, custom millwork, and thoughtfully framed views mirror the immersive qualities found in world-class hotels, while still feeling deeply personal and livable. The layout prioritizes relaxation and connection, from open gathering spaces to private suites that feel like boutique accommodations.
The project brings together architectural clarity, thoughtful detailing, and a curated palette of organic finishes, creating a home that is both grounded in Napa’s landscape and influenced by global destinations.
