Located on La Jolla Blvd in La Jolla, California this new construction multi-family residential structure will be approximately 30,000 gross square feet and consist of 12 Type-V luxury condominiums. This will include rooftop living decks and below-grade parking. We are currently in preconstruction and are expected to break ground in August 2024.
