Avanti is a mixed-use luxury development in the heart of Calabasas, California. This resort-style community developed by The New Home Company consists of seven residential buildings and one mixed-use building. The residential buildings include 72 luxury condominiums with private decks, balconies, and in-residence elevator access through semi-private elevators. A community clubhouse, swimming pool with private cabanas and an outdoor fireplace complete the amenities.
The mixed-use building, designed to LEED Silver Building standards, includes dining and high-end retail space on level one, a spa on level two, and affordable housing units on levels two and three. This building also includes two levels of below-grade parking. ACI served as the owner’s representative for this building. In this role, ACI addressed the day-to-day site issues, managed the construction budget, and provided coordination between the design team and the general contractor.
For the seven residential buildings, ACI provided construction management services, including guidance and administrative duties to The New Home Company during the 13-month construction period.
