Construction contracts that are right for your project needs.

Not all construction contracts are the same and there are pros and cons to different contact methods. Because of this, we work closely with our clients to develop the right type of contract for their needs and risks.  We make sure we select the right way to work with you from the start. For example, sometimes this means we work as a construction manager, other times we work as a general contractor on a Gauranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and sometimes we work as an owner’s representative or a consultant.  

Other than that, we’re honest, straight-talking and flexible. At least, that’s what our clients tell us.
