2017 North County fire rebuild is a three-story, split level, 4,645 square foot home nestled into a hillside in the Wikiup area of Santa Rosa. This home has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The exterior has a large deck with glass railings. The roof is standing seam barrel metal roof and the exterior façade is a combination of cedar siding and stucco. The windows and doors are oversized aluminum to extend the indoors to the outdoors in the summertime. The home also includes open plan living area with exposed steel beams and open tread steel and glass rail stair. The living area is two levels with a full height feature stone clad wall.
